Active and Renew License

Licenses allow enabling features, capacity limits, and support terms for the API management platform.

License Activation

To activate a new license:

1. Obtain 30-day free trial license.
2. After installation, active the license.
3. Contact our expert for production license.

Renewing Licenses

Licenses have an expiry date based on the purchased terms. Make sure to renew licenses before expiry to avoid disruption of service and loss of access to features.

1. A renewal notice will be displayed on the dashboard as the expiry approaches.
2. Contact our expert to purchase a renewal.
3. Select Organization > License.
4. Click Update.
5. Upload the new license.
6. Confirm the new expiry date and click Update.
