Track Gateway Instance Status

The status represents the connectivity between gateway instances (data plane) and API7 Enterprise (control plane). It is reported periodically by each instance. Only healthy instances can handle API traffic, so monitor the status and resolve issues immediately.

Healthy

Indicates that the instance is running normally.

Only Heartbeat

Indicates that although the instance is maintaining a connection with API7 Enterprise Edition through heartbeat probes, the configuration delivery has failed.

Lost Connection

Indicates that API7 Enterprise Edition has not detected the instance for more than 30 seconds but less than 2 hours.

Offline

Indicates that API7 Enterprise Edition has not detected the instance for more than 2 hours. In this case, if the instance still does not connect to API7 Enterprise Edition, the instance entry will be removed after 7 days.
